All cameos are unset.  I will be happy to set your 40x30mm cameo purchase if you also buy a setting (and let me know you want me to set it for you!).  All porcelain decals are kiln fired by me for beauty and durability.  A 40x30mm cameo will measure about 1 1/2" x 1".  A 43mm cameo will be about 1.75" in diameter.
