Made in Germany. These vintage plastic decal stones go by many different names. They are also known as porcelain paintings and as cameo picture stones.
Each flat back stone has a decal image applied to the top of a smooth buff top cabochon base. The base is matte crystal with an FS silver coated back for added effect.
