I can and will provide the thousands and thousands of dollars in all the receipts under my ownership that I put into taking great care of this beautiful greatly well taken care of 996 C4C from an Audi/Porsche certified repair facility.
The following has been installed at 115,777 miles, during my ownership:
•    The engine was rebuilt for preventive maintenance which includes an original new Dual Row IMS replacement which is the Factory revised version by Porsche, new RMS and AOS.
•    There is NO cylinder scoring, pistons are clean.
•    NO oil leaks
•    NO convertible top leaks
•    NO coolant leaks
•
NO smoke from exhaust, NONE of that, NO leaks.
•    New Cam Plugs and Cam Adjuster Shoes were installed
•    Varicom sensors were replaced
•    Coolant was flushed out and new coolant was added after replacing several coolant lines, as well as replacing the water pump with a new original one along with a new seal
•    New battery installed
•    Both rear window regulators were replaced
•    Has a new gas cap with string installed
•    Has cold working AC
•    New black convertible top canvas with 5 years warranty was installed Feb 2020 with both convertible hydraulics lifts repaired and convertible pump fluid was filled up
•    All 4 new Brake Pads were installed on at 125,600 miles
•    Front Right & Left Rear ABS Wheel Speed Sensor were replaced with NEW original sensors
•
All the wheels has its ABS, PSM Traction Control wiring harness replaced with a repair kit
•    New Complete Control Arms Replacement Kit with New Tie Rods, Rack and Pinion Bellow Kit was installed at 134k miles
•
Both Front wheels had its wheel Hub Knuckle Spindle replaced, the car drives really smooth
•
Uses 5w-40 Liqi Moly MolyGen oil and Bosch filter next oil change is 135k and will have it changed before this Porsche officially sells
