Hand Enameled Green Glass Mug Cup Souvenir Era Moser? Carlsbad

Being offered here is a used hand enameled green glass mug with a coat of arms which reads "Carls Bad".  Please view pictures for details.  There are no chips, or cracks.  This mug holds approximately 9 fluid ounces when filled to the very top.  It stands about 4 1/8" tall and is approximately 4" deep.  The outside diameter of the mouth measures 2 5/8" and the base measures a little under 2" in diameter.  This green glass hand enameled mug is being sold as you see it . . . NO returns.

I don’t know anything about this cruet. It’s glass and about 5.5 inches tall to the top of the stopper. I don’t know if the stopper is original to this cruet. It feels a little rough at the spout, it’s hard to tell if it’s chipped because that’s where the seam of the glass is if you look at the picture of the inside of the spout there appears to be some sort of issue.
