Returning Items Within 60 Days of Purchase
If you have a fault with an item, please contact us in the first instance as many faults can be easily rectified.
If you still need to return your item, please use the eBay returns process which can be found on your order history page. Once the item has been received and checked you will receive a refund by the same method as payment was made.

We would strongly advise you to use the eBay returns process as not only will your item be tracked but it is the most efficient way for us to process a refund. Returning Items Within 6 Months of Purchase
Should you need to return an item within 6 months of purchase but after the 60 day period please contact us in the first instance.
