    Description

    HIGH TORQUE CLOCK MOVEMENT  (MS26)
    Designed  specifically for use with larger hands, but will run smaller hands.
    Will fit through and work with a case/dial/piece of wood up to 1/2" in total thickness.
    The extended distance between the hour and minute hands is an added feature to help with binding and leaves enough room to accommodate larger hands. The minute hand shaft has a "I" or OVAL end so the minute hand will not slip on the shaft after the cap nut is installed.  This movement is not for push-on or square hole mount minute hands. If you are not sure if your hands are compatible, it may be better to purchase hands and motor together. This movement is not designed, and will not run, a second hand.  This clock motor will run the largest hands Coastal Tide Clocks sells up to 17.75 inches.  If this movement will not run YOUR hands, it does not necessarily mean you have received a defective motor.  It could just mean your hands are not compatible with our motor.
